Kindly Note:  Services for children are intended for those 9yo and under. No exceptions are permitted.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Due to COVID-19 and my thorough cleaning procedures if you're more than 10 minutes late you are inconveniencing myself and the clients behind you. Please be respectful. Late fees are $1 per minute late. Not to exceed 15 minutes ($15) for longer services. Not to exceed 10 min. ($10) for haircut services. Late fees will be added to service cost. Appointments will be canceled thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time will not incur a penalty charge. Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). The ONLY exception is a positive COVID result.  No shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of  the  intended service price.

**IN ORDER TOCOMPLETE YOUR BOOKING YOU MUST PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE; NON-TRANSFERRABLE DEPOSIT ON PAYPAL. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP IF YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR DEPOSIT. A SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE.
